I'm Sara 33 yo. I'm working on trying to get healthier in general and lose roughly 34 pounds, more if I can help it. Almost 4 months ago I suffered a massive heart attack and underwent a quadruple bypass. This was a huge reality check to me. I'm a mom too so I have to be around for my family. My boyfriend has been a huge support system for me and has encouraged me and assured me that o can make this happen. Starting before the holidays is a big fear for me!! Has anyone else had any major surgeries that they're recovering from and are now trying to get back in shape?
