What really works???

Looking for a video or something along those lines that really work. Don't have a lot of free time and I'm finding that the bike and walking is just not burning enough calories. Does anyone have a suggestions for a home workout that really works?

    I found a 20 minute Zumba video on Amazon (around $7) that works really well.

    Walk Away The Pounds is a good workout video and it's easy to follow.

    I second Zumba and the 30 Day Shred. If you want fast, the 30 Day Shred is the way to go. Using that and going to the gym 2 times a week and sometimes adding another 20 minutes to the workout, I've lost 10 pounds since starting it a month ago. It's really helped with my muscles and my waist has lost 1.5" so far.
