170 calories for one costco cookie! But I need to eat like 4 at least lol. So rough.

    You know I thought that about the loft house cookies too (160 calories) then I realized a thin bagel (how much does a thin bagel suck!) with a little bit of butter on it was the same calories as my loft house cookies so I said cookie for the win!!! But yes sadly just one cookie

    They are the devil's work. Pretty difficult to stop yourself after eating 2. Want to go through the whole packet sometimes.

    I swear try a mindful eating exercise. Stalk that cookie. Bring down that big game. Savour every bite; the texture, scent, aroma.
