How do you motivate yourself to exercise daily?

    Find something you enjoy. Try to find a group to do it with.

    If you enjoy what you are doing you will soon stop thinking of it as exercise and start to look forward to it. If you can find a group to do it with you will not only enjoy yourself more while forgetting what you are doing, but you will have 'peer pressure' to work out.

    I found both of these with running. I also find the same thing with baseball, tennis, and sometimes cycling. There are tons of things you can do. Find the ones you enjoy.

    By finding something that you like and is not a chore.
