I have been doing so well the last few weeks and dont want to go over or lose my streak so i want to log it. Im gonna do a nice workout before i go so hopefully wont go too far over.. Just wondering if anyone can help me i dont no how to log when i eat out???

I guesstimate terribly, I'll add things like 'minnestrone' or 'chinese fried rice, 2 cups' and then just add some veggies or some oil to my log (depending which parent/place I'm visiting). I try to overestimate, so hopefully accurate or more than I actually ate.
I don't eat out much and when I can (or, can be bothered) I'll try and log the seperate ingredients to be more accurate.
...Hope you find something useful in all that...0 -
If they have a website, they might have nutrition information on it to go from. If not, try and pick a similar dish from a different outlet that you can find in the database. In either case, overestimate the serving size a bit to be on the safe side.0
