Hi ladies (sorry gents, this probably won't have much relevance to you!),
I really want to lose my c-section overhang. Any tips on how? The c section was 2 years ago, if that matters!

I had 4 c-sections. Not always CAN you lose your tummy
But if you don't have diastasis recti like I do, read that thread mentioned above. Good luck

It might not be possible without plastic surgery.0

I've had three and if I want my stomach somewhat back to normal I will need plastic surgery!0

I know there's no guarantee, and I will never be able to afford surgery, but if I can reduce it as much as I can then that's ideal. How would I know if I had diastis recti? My stomach does have a raised middle section and my stomach skin is almost desensitised.0
