My name is Brooke, I am 27 years old and weigh230lbs (for now).
I have gone back and forth on the working out and eating right but never have actually stuck to anything, then I started telling myself.... if your tired of starting over, then stop quitting!!!
So here it goes, I am going to give myself the goal of losing 2lbs per week, I am aiming for 100lbs in one year. My ending goal weight is 130lbs.
I have always been pretty heavyset, and would love some help and motivation through my journey. I travel for work every day of the week, So most of my exercises are at a hotel gym, or in the room itself. I have been looking at 30 day challenge workouts, mixed with cardio from the hotel gym.

If you had 175 pounds or more to lose, 2 pounds a week for a 100 pounds would be realistic but since you only have a 100 total to lose, it isn't.
You should aim for the 2 pounds a week, for the 1st 25 pounds; that you have to lose. Then 1.5 pounds a week, for another 25 pounds. Then 1 pound a week, for another 25 pounds & then 0.5 pounds a week, for your final 25.
It most likely didn't take you a year to put on 100 extra pounds & losing weight safely'll take; approximately twice as long.0
