Oh me too! I try and bank my calories during the week. So I'll eat 100 or 200 below what I'm suppose to eat during the week and then use those extra calories on the weekends.0

Save room for the nights and weekends? I have light lunches and usually save about 400 calories for after dinner when I'm in a deficit. With a 400 calorie dinner.
If my deficit is not too aggressive, I shave off 100 calories per day and get to eat them on Saturday. Many times I'd go to the next Saturday, quick add 2500 calories, and then work the rest of my week around what I have left.0 -
Weekends are my hardest too. I have to almost force myself to eat during the week cause i'm so busy and by the time i get home i'm tired (nurse). However i think of meat first and then my veggies. Ive steered away from most all junk (though very difficult with the kids) and all sodas. Pasta is also my killer. One day at a time and one meal at a time. Youve done it before you can do it again!0

I struggle from Saturday to Sunday, I weigh in Saturday mornings at boot camp but after that its what ever I can get my hands on im usually ok with it for the one day but usually it rolls over to Sunday0

Yeah I'm off work on Sundays and Mondays, and exhaust all I want to do is curl up on my couch and eat I know if I just planned more out of my house I'd be fine, but I'm too worn out by then. I have just been keeping less high calorie easy to grab food in my house0

Try pre logging your days.0

There's already a number of good suggestions in this thread.
I'd add that I think it's going to be wise to try and determine why you are eating. Once you figure out why you can potentially address it.
It could be environmental or behavioral but not hunger related at all, and it's possible that the reason you are eating could effect the method you use to address it.0
