New Diet and Exercise Plan Starting Monday

I've been finding myself making excuses on logging and exercising and I'm needing to change that now before my health gets out of control. I've been dealing with severe stress and anxiety and have been put on medicine to control it but I don't wanna be on it and the only way I can come off of it is to change my diet and exercise daily. I plan on creating a new diet and watching everything I eat and what I drink I'm also wanting to cut out all soda and drink water instead. My daily exercise will be either walking, swimming, gym workouts, or exercise videos. I'm wanting to lose around 60 pounds and I know I can do it just need to quit making excuses and just stick to it. Please feel free to add me as a friend as I'm always looking for new friends.

Good luck. Remember, small changes you can maintain will have the biggest long term results!

Good luck on your journey!! Remember to take it one day at a time. I read this in one of my devotions and I remind myself of this often. We don't have to regret yesterday or dread tomorrow, just celebrate today. "Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift; that's why it's called the "present". ( I try to focus one day at time or the present moment so I do not get overwhelmed)
Feel free to add me, my diary is open but not always perfect

I feel I'm in the same boat. My dr tried to put me in mess for anxiety & depressionbut I didn't like how they made me feel.

I had lost 47 lbs with 10 to go to goal...
I'm coming out of the depression with 20 lbs gained back. But I'm very prone to anxiety/stress and binge eating as a result.

I need a routine, and I'm hoping calorie counting with deter the binge eating. And I need buddies to
    Motivate me.
