Are there any recommended eating plans to kick start weight loss that are easy to follow family friendly and not too complicated?

Eat healthy. That's my plan and it works for me. :)

I don't know how big of a kick you want to start with.

You don't need a kick start, you just need to start doing whatever it is that you will find successful and sustainable.

Are you cooking for children? What have you and the family been eating? :grey_question::grey_question:

I used a plan (altered to my taste) for a month before going it alone. I just wanted a no-brainer plan that I did'nt have to think about. I used the clean and lean 2-week plan, twice. As i siad i had to alter it for my taste e.g. swap out turkey for ham. The snack sizes were tiny e.g. 5 almonds and I was hungry - but it worked and helped me get into the right mind-set to go it alone.
