Between 2 and 3 times a day. I have sausage patties for breakfast 4 times a week. Usually something with chicken for lunch and Dinner is all over the place but 6 out of 7 days I probably have meat in my dinner.

I find myself choosing to add it in at dinner when I see my protein is low. I enjoy meat but it can get a bit much and sometimes leaves me feeling heavy.

I always have a protein source with every meal. Breakfast is eggs and bacon/sausage/pâté, other meals I will cycle between red meat, venison, poultry, fish, liver, blood pudding, various beans... Whatever suits my fancy/ is cheap at the store that week.

Specifically pork and beef? Usually 2-3 meals in a week each.

For me, 1-2 meals per day. If it's only one, I had eggs at the other. Of course, I only eat two meals/day usually.

0-2x per day. When I do, it's generally poultry and 2-4 oz per serving. I only have beef about once a week and rarely have pork.

I never eat meat, it increases the chance of cancer and heart disease. If you're worried about protein- don't be. There is plenty of protein found in plant food :)

2-3x per day depending on breakfast. I eat a lot of fish, followed closely by poultry. I eat red meat or lean cuts of pork about once per week...save for this time of year I do a lot of soups and stews so if I make a beef stew or a stew with pork tenderloin in it, I will usually have leftovers for a couple of meals that week.

0-2. Some days my protein comes from cheese, eggs, beans, tofu and yogurt. Sometimes I will have a meat-based lunch (typically a leftover stew) and meat-based dinner.

I have meat (or fish) once a day, usually at dinner, but I have protein at every meal so my carbs don't do weird things with my blood glucose levels.

If you had said processed red meat, you'd have something to go on, as the WHO came out recently saying that eating 50g of processed red meat daily will increase the chance to obtain colon cancer from 3.1 - 3.6 %, but that claim towards meat in itself is absolutely groundless. And besides, 3.1 - 3.6%..? Every food we consume are to different degrees compromises in our health, and that certainly isn't a big one.

Usually twice a day - with lunch and dinner, and usually chicken or fish. Sometimes I have beef jerky as a snack as well.

I have some form of animal protein with most meals. I pick leaner cuts like chicken, though. I have the soul of a vegan in the body of an omnivore, and to resolve this conflict I don't buy meat, eggs, and dairy from factory farms.

The bodies of vegans aren't any different than those of non-vegans. We're the same species, we simply have a different ethical position on unnecessary animal exploitation and suffering.

I realize this was a tongue-in-cheek statement (probably), but I think it's important to acknowledge that we aren't maintaining this lifestyle due to any physical difference. If one has determined that unnecessary animal suffering is wrong, one either acts on that or one doesn't.
