How long before you saw results with strength training?

You could notice a difference in yourself in as little as 3-4 weeks.Been lifting almost 2 years now. Haven't seen any physical changes as a result. I'm quite a bit stronger though.

That's actually not 100% true. I went from 260 to 230, back to 260 then down to 250 again. So I have lost 10 pounds and about an inch on my stomach.
I feel 1000x better and healthier than I was before, and my arthritis is all but gone. So, it was not a waste of time.0 -
