Hello! I'm Jess and I'm from England! I'm a large girl and I'm starting to lose my weight slowly! Anyone got any tips or suggestions for me! Also want to make fitness friends!

    Hi Jess, just keep the record of what you eat and your will starts to loose immediately as soon as you keep yourself within the range. Also please feel free to add me and you can view my food dairy
