Getting this started

So, I'm starting g back today and I am not going back (other than thanksgiving). But, I am going to loose weight and I don't care how I do it but I will get to 130. I don't know about yall but I'm so tired of being obsessed with food. I have made it my whole life for 20 years. If anyone knows how not to make food an obsession, please let me know. I'm trying my hardest. Stay fit yall!

    Can't give much advice about food but I know you can reach your goal of 130. It's about progression not perfection.
