especially at the beginning of my process of eating and living healthy, I would like to see if truly I am accomplishing this. I just don't want to lose weight I want to be healthy. If i am losing weight but it is harmful to my health, I think that is a lot of work the is counterproductive. Why do that? I do believe that once you have a feel for what correct and healthy then it will make everything much easier.0
