Life change

Hey! I'm Ale :)

I'm about to be 23. I've been slightly overweight most of my life, except for my teen years. I don't want to go back to that as during that time I skipped meals, went everyday two or more hours to the gym and my biggest fear was being fat.
This time is different. This time this is not about losing weight but a permanent change in my lifestyle, I love my body and I want to do what is best for it. My goal is to lose 15 kilos as it's what I need to be in my healthy weight per doctor instructions but I won't stop once I'm there, I will just change my goals and continue to implement these healthy habits.

My thinking right now is "baby steps". I'm introducing exercise in my life after 3 years of being sedentary. And I'm getting used to 1200 calories per day. Whoever has the same goals or just wants support can add me :) I've been doing this for a month and it's sometimes discouraging to see not changes, I have to constantly wake up and remind myself why do I do this so I know it's nice to have more people supporting you :)
