Apple Chutney Mahi Mahi - 150 calories

I created this recipe when I was on the HCG diet (around 800 calories a day). Hope you enjoy as much as I do!

INGREDIENTS
Mahi Mahi 4oz
Chutney

The chutney was simple:

3/4 apple diced small
1 small strawberry diced small
the juice of 1/2 an orange
stevia or Splenda to taste

Microwave for 4-5 minutes and top the Mahi Mahi.

Only 150 Calories for the Fish and Chutney - add asparagus or broccoli and you can easily have a meal for under 200...
