Is there a way to sync your steps from Fitbit to MFP?

Yes, on MFP go to Apps and locate Fitbit and follow the prompts to add it. I would still log my workouts on MFP (they will sync with Fitbit).

if you log them with fitbit there's no need to log them with MFP or vice versa. it will automatically adjust your calorie level for the day based on your basic step activity either way though.

Personally - I had issues automatically syncing. In the myfitnesspal app (for iOS), I had to go to "More" (bottom right) -> "Steps" -> then click "Add a device" -> "Fitbit Tracker" -> "Connect" -> Login to fitbit -> and made sure it was connected. Once it was connected - my steps counted and was very happy! Happy stepping!

I didn't know that my calories would adjust automatically. I was just trying to figure it out because my steps always say 0 on MFP. Thank you all for your replies.

Go to settings, then steps. Make sure it's set to track your steps with your Fitbit. Hope this helps!
