Sharing graphs of my progress to date. (pics)

We all see frequent postings about people struggling to get past that one day they "failed", "over-ate", "binged", "screwed-up", and all the other derogatory and self-flagellating terms that get used.
Then there are self-doubts and recriminations we feel when we weigh ourselves daily and see that fluctuation in weight tick up.
People who have been there, and done that, write really good advice and tips in response to these postings. Things such as: "Don't look at weight changes day to day", "Going over goal one day does not undo the entire week", "Log accurately", "A food scale helps you be more accurate", etc. I wanted to post a couple of charts from my progress so far to demonstrate how those pieces of advice and tips correlate.
First things first, vital statistics on me:
Age: 40
Height: 5'11" (180cm)
Gender: Male
Starting Weight: 222.2
Current Weight: 205.4
Goal Weight: 185.0
Weight Loss per Week: 1.5 pounds
At Last Update, Net Calorie Goal: 1630
At Last Update, Maintenance Calories: 2380
Here is a graph of my net caloric intake for the past 30 days. I started 6 weeks ago, but the graph is only available in 7 day, 30 day, and 90 day increments. The majority of my meals are weighed on a scale, but I do go out with friends a couple times a week. The average weekly numbers I input at the top are from Sunday to Saturday.
Next is a graph of my Weight Loss for the last 6 weeks. The weekly weight is from Saturdays. Note, it is not a straight line. It zig-zags, but it does maintain a downward trend when we look at it week to week.
I thought some visual aids might help... and it's a slow, slow day at my business.
