Hey Everyone,

I've been checking the settings out because every time I enter my water intake it's in cups...I didn't know if there was a setting to change it to milliliters...I've looked around and can't seem to find anything.

TIA,
Jess

You can log municipal water in the food area and change it to the measurement you prefer. Otherwise...just make the cups whatever you wish.

Depends on what country you're in. 240 is right for the U.S., but I think some of our English-speaking cousins use 250 ml "cups."

They're not "cups". They're metric cups.
