Just 6 Weeks App

Does anybody else have any experience with this app, and if so, what kind of progress did you see? For the uninformed, the aim of the Just 6 Weeks app is to gradually build you up to do 100 push-ups, 200 sit-ups, 150 dips, 200 squats, and/or 20 pull-ups.

It's basically 5 independent programs wrapped into one app. I've been doing it for a few weeks now, and I went from being able to do maybe 1 pull-up at a time to doing 3-4. I also modify my workout by doing the push-ups with push-up stands, doing plank style sit-ups with an exercise ball, doing the dips between two chairs, and doing the squats with weights in each hand.

I tried searching for others talking about the app, but couldn't find anything.

Also, for those who are doing it, what kind of schedule do you use when doing so?
