I hurt myself in the gym on Sunday and it has really bummed me out. I am very good at tracking and planning all my meals but since sunday ive been a mess. Ive pretty much eaten whatever ive wanted. I know its only been one day but i just feel horrible. How do yall stay motivated to eat clean after an injury? Im going to try and do light cardio in the am and see if that will motivate my day.

being injured has nothing to do with my dietary preferences. if anything, when i'm injured and unable to perform, i get that much more "on" with my diet.0
