So I was down almost 25 pounds and have put almost all back on. Tomorrow is a new day and to get back into that mind set again. I know I can do it. I want to feel better about myself, not be tired and lazy and to eat right again.

Turn that setback into a comeback. Falling off the wagon is okay as long as you have the courage to start the journey again. You'll be just fine, keep motivated0
