Hello all I am Giovanni new to this app my trainer suggested barley on my 3rd day been tough my goal is 70 lbs in 90 days sounds impossible to many but I am going to give it my best shot any advice or support would highly be appreciated one thing we all have in common on here I believe is similar goals what better way to be motivated than by people trying to accomplish same
