Most low fat yoghurt at my grocery is 9 grams of protein per 130 calories, but Lucern doubles it. Judging by the ingredients, they add milk powder.
Bought at Safeway for ~ $3 for 2 lbs.
Pros:
Pretty cheap
Edible (unlike the miserable protein tablets)
Why bother ?
1. For whatever reason you decided to eat a lot of protein but without a lot of calories
2. LIke me you are calorie restricting enough to have to pay attention to protein intake
3. You share my suspicion that protein is an appetite suppresant
