    Hi Pla. My name is Bobbie. I want to lose about 10 pounds. It seems as if the more exercise, the more we can stay on track, so I plan on doing something, anything everyday. It is neat to have this handy web site to help. Years ago when I had about 25 lbs. to lose, I used this exact same method, but with paper and pencil.
