Can anyone tell me why on my profie it says iv gained 6lbs when actualy i have lost 7lbs ?

    When you very first set up an account on MFP you put in a weight

    Even if you then didn't come on to the site that's where it calculates from

    So go to the website version
    go to My Home
    Go to check-in
    Go to bottom select edit previous entries
    go back until you find your first ever entry and change the weight to the weight you started at this time

    then it will calculate properly

    I think it has to be through the web version of the site eg not an app
