5'5 160 lbs

Hello! Currently I am 5'5 and 160 lbs. My goal is to hit 130 lbs. Any suggestions? I was walking 4 miles a day, but I hurt my foot. I have now been riding a recumbent bike for 60 minutes a day, doing around 17.5 miles total.

    Eat your MFP calorie goal + any exercise calories you earn and you should lose weight.

    Apart from the obvious eating clean and excersing when you can another tip i have is drinking water. Very often when you think you're hungry you're actually thirsty so have a pint of water, leave it 10 minutes then see if you still feel hungry x

    Water is a good idea! I do try to drink enough roughly 4- 16.9 glasses a day.
