Hello all! I am a 39 year old woman who lives in Missouri. I have polycystic kidney disease (PKD) which is a genetic kidney disease. My renal function continues to decline and I will eventually require dialysis just like my dad did. I also hope to eventually have a kidney transplant like my dad did.
