What are some of the non-food rewards that you use to motivate you? I thought of new work-out clothes or a massage, but those may be for larger milestone's to avoid the costs adding up. Maybe post-workout sauna...any other suggestions?

I actually find logging my exercise is a nice reward. I like seeing what I've done posted and it motivates me to do more. Knowing that I will feel so much better, calmer and refreshed, after a workout also gets me motivated. My post workout shower is a great reward. I love getting a good sweat on and then having a luxurious shower and getting into my favourite pjs (I workout in the evening). If I've had a really tough week or month of working out I will reward myself with a mani-pedi.

New magazines or books to read (I read while I'm on my recumbent seat bike), new workout socks, headbands/hair ties to keep your hair out of your face when you workout - I try to do workout-related rewards - keeps me going.
