    In all seriousness: maybe get a kettlebell. go on youtube. there's some great workouts for kettlebell in there and it's a full body workout. also, a lot of places offer beginning kettlebell classes to get the technique down. i've known some people to get FIT using kettlebells alone.

    In no seriousness: after all the shake weight parodies and jokes all over the internet and on t.v. i've seriously considered getting one to take to parties and stuff. i think my friends would find a way to have too much fun with it. .......not gonna lie, i was also planning on using it to see if it really helps with the upper body strength / toning.
