Gym schedule a mess

Hi there
I have exams next week so for that reason my schedule has been messed up
I am only going 2 maybe 3 times a week
I am jogging 3 times s week and boxing once or twice a week
I had to miss boxing today felt guilty lol
I used to go gym 4 maybe 5 days a week because of studies I had reduced it to 3
My normal schedule will resume in 2 weeks after the exams is that ok I don't want to loose muscle mass my diet is good plenty of protein and carbs

Just don't give up and stop going all together. As you said in 2 weeks you will be back to a more normal schedule. We all have times when our schedules get thrown off and we have to shorten workouts or decrease the number of days for a bit until we can get back. Also does your gym have book racks on its treadmills or stationary bikes? You might be able to study and at least get a light workout in at the same time.0

Think of it as a deload. Stressing out over missing a couple of days is going to do more harm than missing a couple of days.0
