easy hot/cold cereal

My daughter recently went back to being a vegetarian, and I wanted to share a breakfast cereal we made up that is high in protein, omega 3's etc.
(I'm allergic to oats..but I think oats work better for this recipe)
We took rolled wheat, added Chia and flax seeds, cinnamon and a little nutmeg, and some dried fruit. We put that into a container and filled it with almond milk and let it sit overnight.
By the morning it was well soaked.
Just grabbed a scoop and microwaved it for a min and added some honey on top.
I had it sitting in the fridge for a week and it was great every morning.

Thank you for sharing. I tried with Oatmeal instead of wheat. I did not have nutmeg but I added cinnamon powder.0
