Hello everyone just wanted to share my weight loss story with you guys! I'll keep it short :) in January 2014 I decide to lose weight! I did the low carb diet! I had lost 40 pounds I went from 165 to 124 pounds in just 6 months ! I started lifting weights and gained 10 lbs so I'm 135 now, really hoping its muscle, but nonetheless I still want to lose 15 lbs because I know I can !! Btw starting this fasting thing has anyone done it before? What are he results? Thank you(:
