Urrghh TOM has caught me and yesterday I felt a little out of control and tucked into some extra ..I did complete my Military Fitness Class though so gained myself some extra call. I've logged everything I ate to the best of my ability and still netted at calorie goal but I really didn't like writing it all down and definitely a good reminder how easy it is for me to mindlessly graze.
Line Drawn .....and new day today, yesterday wasn't that bad and it's about learning to deal with the bumps along the way . Prior to TOM I was feeling great and looking better in my jeans so need to focus on that not just these few hormone distorted days .

No biggie! You'll be fine. The recoveries count way more than the fumbles...0

Yep, if you're exercising, you can eat back 50-75% of those calories earned. In fact, you certainly should.0
