Period?

I've been eating healthy but not losing weight recently. I'm at a standstill.
For the past couple days I've been bloating and gaining weight instead. Now I got my period today. Can my period make me gain weight? How much?
I'm not eating salt or unhealthy.

It sure can! I have 'gained' around 5lbs in the past when on my period - it's normal, common and just water.0

Have you been logging everything? Every gram of it? Yes you can retain more water when you are on your period even if you don't eat salt but 2-3 days after it's over you should see a difference.0
