I do the 300 ab workout, and I'm having trouble finding the exercises for it in the database to add to my diary. Any tips for finding it?

If you want a calorie burn estimate log it under cardiovascular....pick something generic like calisthenics.
Because calorie burns are estimates general categories are good enough. Calorie burns depend upon so many factors, so even if you find something specific.....it's still an estimate.0 -
That would get logged under cardiovascular as "general strength training".0

If you want an app to log what you did in your workout, I find something like a spreadsheet or fitocracy works better. If you want to log calories, then find something in the cardio database that is a MET (metabolic equivalent task) and log it under that. Strength training seems like a reasonable entry, as does calisthenics, granted I believe both of those have different MET values.0
