I feel like a completely new person. I have been struggling with exercise for years I have wanted to do it and have felt motivated but couldn't seem to ever manage to last at doing anything without feeling terrible. I joined a beginners running club last year and just couldn't understand why everyone else managed so much better than me. All I kept thinking was how sore my throat was. I gave up and brought a treadmill (still no better used to walk a bit on it though).... anyway forward on to today I am so chuffed took a couple of puffs jumped on the treadmill ran 10 mins non stop and didn't feel like dying.
So glad I have finally had my light bulb moment but kicking myself I didn't get checked up years ago!
