I also have the app called lose it which is similar to this one. However the lose it app is telling me to eat 1800 calories or under a day and my fitness pal Is telling me to eat 2100 calories in a day and it was just wondering which one would be best

They're both just estimates. There's no way for us to tell which would be better for you. The important thing is to pick one, stick with it for several weeks, and adjust based on your real world results.0

I like Scooby's the best. I think most people go for a 15 to 20% reduction in calories, but it has several choices. The chart when you enter your stats will tell you how many lbs in how long your loss should equate to. You also get to know your BMR (at various activity levels if you enter various choices).
His doesn't have an option to eat back exercise calories, so when it asks about activity, include how often you work out. Good luck

All these calculators are estimates :]
I'd say, pick one and record your results - adjust if necessary.0
