From NC, I work two jobs first and second shift. Need a helpful way to exercise while at work or on break. I work in the school system during the day then go to a nursing home until 11pm plus I'm a full time student and math is stressing me out.

    Do you have any days off? Could you do most of your workouts then? If not, how much time are you looking at in between jobs? You could look into bodyweight programs, light strength programs, taking a walk etc.

    Although exercise is good for fitness, if you're having trouble with that and trying to lose weight than just focus on eating within your calorie goal.

    Walk during your lunch break.

    That was a option I was doing a mile a day until my boss had a issue with it.

    Yes PikaKnight i have 10mins to get to my other job and being that I work until 11pm I try not to eat after 9pm and I am mindful of what I eat during the day and to pack my lunch.
