    Food? Unless you've got an allergy or intolerance issue, eat whatever you feel like or save the calories for the Thanksgiving afternoon/dinner.

    Waffles? pancakes? Cinnamon rolls? Whatever you want? it's not one or two or even 12 celebratory days a year that causes weight gain... it's not controlling yourself the other 353 days.

    I would go for something nutritious high fiber and protein to give you some good stable energy for pigging out later

    I just had a normal breakfast / lunch ... however I'm not sure what tonight's meal will consist of as I'm outta the U.S. on Thanksgiving for the first time ever...
