How's it going guys. I just started my weight loss journey all over again I fell off track. Going from my max 250 down to my lowest 198. I've gained about 20 pounds over the last 3-4 months just do to stress. But I'm back on track gym 4-5 days a week and eating right. Would like to make friends for motivation and weekly weight loss numbers. Happy thanksgiving btw.
