Protein numbers?

If you are doing body weight exercises and cardio should your protein numbers still be what they recommend? What do some of your protein numbers look like if you don't mind sharing?

My macros are set to 35%p/35%c/30% fat. Per week, I'm usually pretty close, it varies on a daily basis. My daily goal without exercise is 1350. I'm in maintenance.0

My macros are 45% carbohydrates 35%protein and 20% fat. But I weight lift and have a calorie count of 5,000. Personally I think carbohydrates and protein have to be higher than fats.0

I like 40% protein and 30% carbs and fat, which if I'm not mistaken is what the default is.0

I set my daily goal to 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat, but I rarely make it.. There's only so many boiled egg whites and chicken breasts that I can stomach. My actual macros are more like 40% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat. I'm doing body weight and cardio exercises too.0

Being in deficit, weight lifting and endurance cardio would be reasonable reasons to eat more protein than the average....
I hate percentages as too restrictive so go for approximately 1g of protein per pound of LBM (0.8 of total bodyweight is an alternative), about 0.4g of fat per pound of bodyweight both as minimums and carbs fall wherever they happen to fall with my overall calorie goal.

I use grams as well. .8-1g protein per pound of body mass, .35g fat per pound of body mass, rest in carbs.0

I try to get 100g of protein every day. That's my lean body mass x .8. I feel like much more than that is probably a waste. The percentage varies depending on total day's calories.0

I try to get 120g protein (1g per lb LBM) and stay within my deficit (1200 calories plus up to max of 75% exercise cals). Don't worry too much about the rest. Often struggle and rarely got my macros as I've set them (35% protein/35% carbs/30% fat). I do 1-2 hours of exercise classes including cardio and strength training/weights every day (except 1 rest day per week).0

So if i weigh 175 lbs. How much protein should I be eating?0

I don't eat a lot of carbs. In my opinion I think that has helped me trim some of my weight and keep my hunger down while I am eating other foods that are more filling. When I look at my percentages I think they are skewed because of my lower protein number. I am however eating 8 to 9 ounces of meat every day. A little protein with every meal. I am on average between 100-110g of protein. Some days I might be 130 while some days I might be 90 but most days close to 100. I weigh 175 lbs. My goal is #1 to be healthy. This is the reason why I started eating better in the first place. Secondly I would like to get in better shape. As I exercise and build a little muscle mass I think that will help. This is the reason for me to ask the question.0
