Question: do you think drinking 98 ounces of water in 3 hours too much?

    That is nearly three litres. It certainly seems a lot but may be okay in some limited circumstances.

    Why three ltrs in three hours?

    How light is your pee? As far as I remember, if there's some yellow in it then you're okay. If it's completely clear then you're drinking too much water.
