There are none. If you can come up with one you will be a multimillionaire overnight.

All foods, as long as they keep you in a calorie deficit

When it comes to weight loss, what you eat matters far less than how much you eat. You could eat broccoli and asparagus and lean chicken without salt all day for years and never lose a pound if you're eating over the number of calories you require to maintain/lose. You would gain if you went over that amount. Conversely, you could eat donuts and cake and ice cream for years and lose weight if you ate little enough of them. Neither of these diets are preferable. Balance/moderation is best.

Good foods for weight loss are the foods you enjoy, but don't provoke you to binge, and that you can manage to keep within a caloric deficit for your body type, height, age, activity level, etc. Good foods for HEALTH are another matter entirely. And even then the argument can, and has often, been made that there are situations (CONTEXT) that a donut is preferable to broccoli if you need the carbs at any given moment. So try to worry less about what you're eating and focus on managing the amounts. That's how weight gets lost. It's the ONLY way weight gets lost (you could work out like a fiend and gain weight if you didn't control intake too, ain't it charming?)

Nice try, but not even that. It still has calories.

OP, nothing is a negative-calorie food.

    Yep.

Mind you, my favourite is tuna, because it has the best low-cal/high-protein ratio of any food, and protein is important for retaining lean muscle when losing weight.

Amen! Be sure to go after chunk LIGHT, and not white albacore if you're going canned OP, as light has higher protein and slightly fewer calories.

But the problem with celery is that you probably can't eat enough in a day to gain weight. It would be a huge pile of celery!

That's why you have to go to tuna. And at times peanut butter and chocolate. All in the name of nutrition.

I like chicken cacciatore and rice. Butternut squash risotto, Solero ice creams, Quavers, 72% dark chocolate, 0% greek yogurt, Cartons of egg white (intolerant to yolk), coffee (nectar of the Gods), Sri Lankan Lentil Sambar (BOL veg pots), Pulled pork stew with chorizo and beans, mixed bags of salad leaves

I find these are good foods for me and fat loss

weighed and eaten to my calorie limits of course

As posted above it's all about calories, but I find things like lean meats, brown rice, vegetables and most fruits good for weight loss. That's because I find they fill me up for a relatively low amount of calories.

Try making your favourite meals but bulking them out with low calorie salads or vegetables.

I personally have to save an amount of calories for a "treat" every day. Whether that is chocolate, cake or a glass of wine. I enjoy those things and if I don't have them I end up feeling like my diet is too strict. If I work them in to my plan I find I stick to my calorie goals much better.
