The First Step...

Hi, I am new to My Fitness Pal and especially joining in discussion groups. I have around 35b to lose and although I have already lost around 10b, I am hoping to find support, inspiration and valued opinions to help me on my journey.

I live with a very supportive partner, who likes to eat healthy and exercise. I am lucky enough to train with a personal trainer 2-3 times a week, which is great, but it is "being good" when I am on my own, which working part time is a fair part of the day 3-4 times a week.
