So I've been seriously portioning and keeping tabs on what I eat, ( some times using this , sometimes not because I'm a unviserity student and super busy!) And have now seen some results just from diet change. But,, I go to the gym as well , usually 4-5 days a week for just over an hour. I do 20 minutes of some type of cardio (elliptical usually) and then the rest of the time I do weight training. Most of the fat I want to loose is the bottom of my stomach and my back,, would more cardio benifit me as opposed to weight training?

You can't spot reduce. Everything you are doing will contribute to weight loss and general firming up but your body will do what it's gonna do.

Just be sure to stick to your calorie goal. More cardio could allow you to eat more or pad your deficit if you haven't been logging perfectly. You can spot reduce. Weight training is beneficial in saving lbm as you lose weight

No - do more weight training and less cardio, and when done on the same day always do weight training first :)

As the other two comments have said - you can't spot reduce fat (unfortunately!). It'll come off where it 'decides' to come off from month to month. Keep doing what you're doing, make sure you're sticking to a reasonable deficit and you'll see your results! Have patience :)
