CIZE question

Hi all,
I've been doing Focus T25 on and off for a long time so I'm not a beginner. This time around I decided to do both Focus and Cize, cause I can't get enough of Shaun T
Meaning, two workouts back to back.
The first Cize workout Crazy 8s was decent and I felt like I actually worked out. But today i did the second one called You Got This.. I barely broke a sweat! my heart rate never went over 143 BPM. It's much longer too, over 45 minutes with cooldown, and I felt like I'd be better off spending those 45 minutes on my elliptical trainer instead. If anyone else tried Cize, do you think I should just skip the second week if I'm not "feeling the burn"?
