Measurements

So I noticed a couple of posts talking about weight vs. measurements and how one can change but not the other (usually the scales stay the same but you lose inches).
Most people and diet programmes focus on you losing weight but not inches so with that in mind I thought it would be good for us to state our weight and measurements so we can see a change in hopefully both (but if not one when the other won't budge!)
If you have starting and current measurements as well that would be interesting to see the change over time.
As I'm new I only have the one set of measurements so here it goes...
Height: 5 foot 4
Weight: 144lb
Waist: 31
Hips: 38.5
If you have extra measurements to enter please do! These are just what I have at the moment!

You can create custom measurement categories on the Web version under MY HOME > Check In > Track Additional Measurements. Then you can enter values for them on both the Web version under Check-In or on the mobile apps under Progress.
Please see this article, and search for other helpful articles, on the MFP Help pages...

Great idea. I did not measure but remember the scales did not move even by one pound for the first six weeks after I cut out all grains and most all sugars but lost an inch in the waste and my fat face. I do not know how that happens but it did in my case and others.0
