Flat foot dilemma

I'm recovering from depression and it's important for me to start working out.
I've tried running, jumping rope and body weight programs.
The problem is that even with my orthopedic shoes, I can't even do 10 jumping jacks before my feet cramp up.
The only other solution that I ses is spending a good ammount of money on a spinning back.
I don't really want to spend money on a bike, do you have other alternative to suggest?

Stretch your arches every 30-60 minutes (youtube: "plantar fascia stretch").
Walk. Lift weights.

Check on kijiji for used exercise bikes. (Do you own a regular bike? if so you just need a trainer to use it inside in the winter)0
